CCU Interiors, established in 2005, is run by Colleen Callinan Ueland. With steadfast dedication, Colleen has cultivated enduring partnerships with renowned regional and national entities, fueling the continuous growth of CCU Interiors.

After completing her B.A. in History at Kenyon College, Colleen pursued an M.A. in Art History and Museum Studies from a prestigious joint program offered by Case Western Reserve University and the Cleveland Museum of Art. She began her professional journey in business development at Leslie Hindman Auctioneers in Chicago, and spent several years at Baker, Knapp and Tubbs, a wholesale division of Baker Furniture.

Residing in the Triangle area for 25 years, Colleen seamlessly balanced her role at CCU Interiors with her responsibilities as a devoted mother to her now three grown children. During Covid, Colleen pivoted briefly, working at F. Schumacher & Co as an Account Executive, presenting a high-end, multi-brand line to designers. While there, she had access to new product introduced monthly by internationally recognized design collaborators, all with a unique approach to their aesthetic, deepening her belief that her clients need a well-designed home to feel centered and important.

Colleen’s style is simple and chic. She aims to create a home that is serene and paired down for intimate family time, with a twist of sophistication for streamlined entertaining.

With her competitive drive, endless energy and innate entrepreneurial mindset, Colleen will always provide the best possible customer service — offering high quality design and at a reasonable and fair price.
